At DiscountDressShop, we want you to feel confident in your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn dresses with original tags attached. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your dress in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and including a copy of your packing slip.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
